Common questions

How do I share with my partner?

Open Settings → Household and tap “Invite your partner.” Send them the link; they'll need an iPhone signed in to iCloud. Once they join, you both see the same bills, accounts, and payments.

My partner's changes haven't shown up yet.

Changes usually arrive within moments. If one seems stuck, pull down on the Upcoming list to refresh. Both iPhones need to be online and signed in to iCloud.

Does it connect to my bank?

No, on purpose. You enter each bill and confirm each payment yourselves, so you always know what's going out.

Why does an autopay bill still say “Scheduled”?

Autopay bills never mark themselves paid. Once you see the money has gone out, tap the circle to mark it cleared.

Does one subscription cover both of us?

Yes. One subscription covers everyone in the household. If you share an Apple Family, Family Sharing covers your partner too.

How do I restore my purchase?

Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or in the iPhone Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.

What happens if the subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. You can still see every bill and your history, and reminders keep coming. Adding, editing, and marking payments come back when you subscribe again.

How do I delete my data?

See Deleting your data in the privacy policy.
